FAQs
-
What is the USCIS?USCIS stands for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. They are the federal agency which oversees your lawful receipt of a permanent resident card - also known as a green card.
-
Why should I use GreenBuzz instead of hiring a lawyer? The USCIS doesn't require that a lawyer file your paperwork. If you knew the ropes yourself, you could file the application on your own. Lawyers know how to complete your papers to ensure a successful application and approval, and so do we. We have done this process ourselves and know the ins and outs of making it happen quickly and easily.
-
Are you experienced?Yes, we've done this before. We have years of experience helping others take care of their applications from start to finish.
-
What are my chances for approval and receiving a Green Card?About 92% of marriage-based green card applications submitted annually in the US are approved. The last 8% are rejected because the forms were filled out incorrectly or because either the applicant or spouse had criminal history. When we file for you, we ensure that your details are all correct so that you can be counted in the 92% of approved applications this year.
-
Why do you charge so little?Lawyers will charge more than two times our price because of their professional degree. We charge for our time and expertise, but we don't charge extra for no reason. We are here to help you navigate this tedious and complicated process. It's our privilege to work with you.
-
How long does the process take? With us, once the payment and legal details are submitted, your forms will be completed within 10 days. The USCIS can take between nine months and two years to mail out your green card. It depends on the amount of applications your state has to proccess annualy.
